Blueline is the premier civil engineering and planning firm for land use projects located within the City of Kirkland. As a Kirkland business located in the downtown core within walking distance to City Hall; homeowners, builders, and developers have entrusted us to manage feasibility, entitlements, preliminary plat, and/or final plat phases for their properties. We specialize in a wide range of projects from small single-lot frontage improvements, to large residential subdivisions, to commercial warehouses, retail centers, and mixed use complexes; and from raw land, to re-development, and urban infill.
Blueline is also proving to be an industry leader in green design; including sustainable sites, Built Green standards, Low Impact Development (LID) measures, and LEED® practices. We are recognized as a Built Green company by the Master Builders Association and certified as a Kirkland Green Business by the City of Kirkland.
