The Big Fish Grill was founded by local owners, Kevin and Carrie Orrico who met and married in the restaurant business in 1985. They both began their restaurant careers with Pacific Coast Restaurants, based in Portland, Oregon. In 1994 they purchased and operated a successful franchised, full service restaurant. After sixteen years of rewarding hard work they took the opportunity to become sole proprietors and launched their own concept, THE BIG FISH GRILL, in October of 2009. While fulfilling their dream of restaurant ownership they have raised four children, two of which are participating in the operation at The Big Fish Grill.
