At Sweet Cakes, we are especially sensitive to customers who may approach eating uniquely due to allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions due to health concerns. So while we utilize traditional baking methods and ingredients for some of our products, we also offer a wide variety of gluten-free items, incorporating potato and rice starch as healthful alternatives to traditional flour in nearly 50% of our items. By focusing on the healthfulness of our ingredients and the integrity of our baking methods, we’ve created baked goods that let health-conscious customers enjoy wellness without sacrificing taste.
