About the Firm: Schneider Law Firm provides legal services to the business community, from entity formation through mergers and acquisitions. We also offer escrow closing services to assist with the purchase and sale of stock, business assets and commercial properties.
About the Principal: Jaye Lynn Schneider graduated cum laude from the University of Puget Sound Law School (now Seattle University School of Law), where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts and was a member of the Law Review. Putting her Am Jur to good use by practicing a number of years in the commercial litigation department of a major Northwest law firm, she quickly learned what fury is wrought when a good deal goes bad. She then served as an in-house counsel to a company engaged in mergers and acquisitions and subsequently founded Schneider Law Firm in Kirkland, Washington. Her practice focuses on closely-held businesses, from start-up to mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and commercial closing services. She is a frequent lecturer in the areas of business acquisitions and complex escrow closings.
