Hoffman's Fine Cakes and Pastries is a small European style bakery located in Kirkland Parkplace Center. Hoffman's specializes in all baked goods, from breakfast pastries to wedding cakes. Hoffman's makes all product from scratch with the highest quality ingredients. Some examples of Hoffman's products are danish, croissants, puff pastry, strudel, turnovers, cookies, biscotti, mousses, ganache, marzipan, sourdough bread, multigrain bread, whole wheat bread, dinner rolls, housemade soups, sandwiches, quiche, eclairs, cream puffs, tarts, cupcakes, brownies, lemon bars, petit fours, celebration cakes and wedding cakes. Our most distinguished item is the Princess Torte, which is made from our delicious sponge cake, Bavarian cream, whipped cream, raspberry preserves and marzipan. We proudly serve Caffe D'arte coffee, a locally roasted gourmet coffee.

The cake of the month for February is the Strawberry Kisses Torte. It's absolutely fabulous, one of our most popular seasonal offerings. The torte is devil's food cake which has been drizzled with strawberry syrup, layered with strawberry mousse, iced with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings. It's the Hoffman's version of a chocolate dipped strawberry!
